We are in the process of buying a house and a few last queries have come up which I need help with
1- there is a loft conversion but not for a bedroom it's used just for storage. Our solictor says there's no party wall agreement- is it needed? And it was done over 10 years ago so should I be bothered as is t it too late to make changes?
2- There has been a previous extension and we have the building regs and planning permission for this. Should we have a completion certificate? But this was also over 10 years ago so am I worrying about nothing?
Thanks
