Building upwards

I have an end terrace 2 bed house 2 storey in London. With the new planning rules from Sept. what are the rules now to build upwards? Can I build an extra 1 or 2 storeys up?

I am still yet to see the full details of these changes but reading between the lines... it’s currently applicable to purpose built flats. The PD rights will apply to detached houses shortly but no mention (at present) for semi-detached or terraced houses.
