Conservatory

We are planning to build a conservatory on the back of our place. We think it will come under permitted development at 4250 x 3850. We want a wall along one side which will tie into the side and of our house helping to form the boundary with the neighbouring property. This wall will have high level narrow unopenable windows.
Can add anyone anticipate any problems with this?

Conservatories follow the same PD criteria as extensions so providing you have PD rights and comply with the requirements, then all ok.
