One of our neighbour's is in the process of building,"what looks like a wooden summerhouse.
Its a large building with a pitched roof which is clearly between 3.5 and 4m high,and approx 8m in length,it is also within 2m of his bounderies.
It is really being built as a beer bar!! and if that's the case will he require to be covered by fire regulations.
