Cavity wall extraction and installation

Hi, I've currently been tasked with checking to see if building regs need to be notified if removing existing failed cavity wall insulation and then to refill at a later stage. My query is to see if there is a charge per task or property, or if there is a charge at all?

That would come under the upgrade or renovation of a thermal element. Check your LABC’s fees for cavity wall insulation.
