Do I need planning permission for a pizza oven?

Hi,

I'm thinking of building a pizza oven (wood-fired stove) in my back garden. Dimensions would be 1.5mx2.2m with a height of 2.5m.

I can position it either about 1m from my nearest boundary fence, but would prefer to be 20cm away if I'm allowed.

I am not in a conservation area.

Will I need planning permission? My local council is Tunbridge Wells, and they charge quite a lot to answer questions, so thank you for the advice!
