i have a detached house with a seperate annexe in an article 4 area. would love a hmo but probs won’t get it, so am thinking of renting the main house and annexe out seperately. so the main house to a family and airbnb the annexe or let to a couple…how can i legally do this?

Initially, I can’t see any Planning issues or concerns. Your best bet may be to speak to and seek advice from a letting agents. That is on the assumption you would appoint an agent to deal with the letting side of things.
