I engaged an agent to submit an objection to a neighbours planning permission application.

Yesterday full planning permission was granted to my neighbours and on the approval it stated no objections were received. However the objection letter is there on the Council website with the other paperwork associated with the planning process

Where do I stand now? From what I have read I can complain to council but
that will not change the approval.
Local Government Ombudsman (I believe that is after complaining to council)
Judicial review, injunction? Like most things,I am aware that they are time relevant.

Anyone with any experience?

Now the Approval has been issued, there isn’t a lot you can do. You may be best speaking to a Planning Consultant or a Lawyer. But do you think your objection alone would have been enough to overturn the recommendation and a refusal be issued?
