Next door bungalow being demolished,and plans submitted to build three storey house,the plans show the roof height the same as my bungalow,in other words they show my bungalow higher than it is,in fact it will be two meters higher.I have pointed this out many times to the local planning department, they say they are not responsible to check measurements,i have also employed a survey company who agree the plans are misleading. Can anyone please give me advice on this matter.

This sounds a little odd. Not sure how a 3-storey property would have a roof height the same as a bungalow. Can you provide the LPA’s name and reference number of the application?
