Semi detached porch demolition party wall

Any advice appreciated. We have a semi detached with new neighbours. Came home to find they have taken down the low party wall and begun to put 6ft fences up. They are going to put a porch on their front door. We are the only semi detached on the road where our front doors are side by side rather than at the driveway side. Whilst I understand they do not need planning permission, is there anything I can look out for as they are planning on building right up to the centre brickline and it will be very overbearing to our front door. We all have small front gardens and larger rear gardens, no one has a high fence up between the front, so they have agreed to make it lower. They did not ask me about removing the party wall and I also a little concerned that the stone wall at the front of the garden has now lost proper support at one side.

If they have not served you with a Party Walk Agreement, get in contact with a surveyor as soon as possible. That can delay the works.
