Smalls slurry store than my permission granted

I have got full planning permission for a 26m diameter 4 m high slurry store passed. I have since decided I only need a 21m diameter store with the same height as before. Amazing position and wishing the circle where the planning has been granted. As it is smaller and nothing outside of what has been passed in the same location just smaller- do I have to go all the way back through planning or can I just start and the permission granted will cover the smaller store? Any help MOST appreciated
