I wish to extend an existing garage that was built (with planning approval ) 300mm from the boundary in 1954.
Its height being approx 4metre.
Would this therefore be deemed an established build line and height and thus remove the height limitations as per
permitted development.
I do have the option of registering a parcel of adjoining residential land owned by myself in order to increase the curtilage if needs be.
