Do I need planning permission to put a hot tub on a roof terrace in London?

Hi

I live in a high rise block of flats in London, and I have access to my own private roof terrace.

I really would love the idea of putting an inflatable hot tub in the terrace, but I need to make sure I'm complying with all the rules and regulations, and also, need to make sure that the terrace can hold the total weight of the water + people in the hot tub.

The total weight of water + people would come to around 1200 kg, and the area of the hot tub is around 1.3 m2

Could you please kindly advise what I need to check and look for, and how? I was thinking of maybe contacting a structural engineer?
