F1 - Change of Use (Islington)

Hello,

I wanted to find out whether a change of use from F1 to a mixed use. Eg. boutique hostel, cafe/bar and sauna and cold) would be feasible with Islington Council. To add to the complexity, it's a grade II listed building.

All articles say that this can be quite a challenge. I'm one to not shy away from such challenges and would need a solid team.
