Freehold coach house flat attached garage conversion

I own a freehold one bedroom coach house. There are two garages and an archway. I own/have access to one of the garages that is directly next to my front door. I would like to convert my garage into a shower room and small bedroom. I’m having problems with planning guidance as to whether my property would have permitted rights - any ideas pretty please ;-)

If you can find any Planning history for the property/site, then it may state the PD situation there. Otherwise, you’re just going to have to hold out and wait for your LPA to get back to you.
