Hi I’ve got my foundation dug out to extend my extension the original one is 4.3metres I have got planning to extend 1.7 metres can I go above like 2 metres,
(About a foot)So it will be 6.30 metre length instead of 6 metres or would I have to get plan draw out again.
My house is semi-detached and the garden is very long and wide also the neighbours has the the original extension level with mine.

You should only build to what you have been granted approval for. As you have started the works and assuming you’d want it all done correctly, you’d have to submit a revised Planning application for that increase in length.
