Sorry I thought I had said. Can I be removed from the land for not having the planning permission as it has lapsed over10 years ago and that the bungalow is now going to be sold as we had only the permission to stay there to look after my mother in law who is now dead.

So it sounds like Planning was granted previously to aid and support a family member. As the circumstances have now changed, so does your position. Should you apply for Planning and it be refused, then you may have no choice but to vacate. But if you wanted to prolong the process, you could submit another application after the first refusal. If that second application is refused, Appeal. That process could take 6-12 months.
If the Council decide to serve enforcement action, then that is slightly different. But it does also come with its own timescales.

Thank you Damian.is any other way round it like Lawful Development Certificate which I don't know much about .the mobile home has been on the site for more than 10 years after the planning lapsed. Would this apply to this case or its nothing to do with it.
Thanks phil

You would be better speaking to and engaging a Planning Consultant as it sounds like some legalities may also come into play for your situation.
