Neighbour's roof terrace

Hi I'm looking for some advice. Our neighbour have built a roof terrace which allows a clear view into our main living room from 5 metres and a clear view into our bedroom skylight from about 2 metres.

They had permission rejected once, were ordered to take it down then reapplied and had permission granted with revisions halving the size.

However the revisons only partially solve the living area view and has no effect on the bedroom view. The council have never been inside our property to view the problem.

I'd be grateful for advice on how to challenge this.

Thanks.

So have your neighbours deviated from what was approved? If so, you can get in contact with their Enforcement department. If however they have carried out the works as approved, then there isn’t really anything you can do as it was checked and approved via Local Plan policies.
