New Build 2002/2003 - Coal Authority

I undertook a new build property back in 2002/2003 and had no problems at all with planning permission , building regs etc. I am now in the process of selling this property & my buyers solicitor is asking if the foundations the property is constructed on complies with The Coal Authority requirments, I have tries unsuccessfully to contact my architect to see if he can advise & also the structral engineers that designed the "raft" that my property is built on - they no longer have my records. So I'm hoping someone may be able to assist/give guidence as to where to obtain this confirmation.
