PD single storey rear extension to semi detached property.

Hi,

Can someone advise on where the distance from the back of the existing house is measured from and to?

I am planning a 3m extension but with an additional 100mm brickwork detail creating a small corbelled overhang but wondered if this should be included in the calculation. Thanks

You use the main wall, not the overhang.
