Tree Survey/Planning Application

When a tree survey is submitted with outline planning application I have been told that any tree removal is then prohibited while that application goes through. Is this correct?

Question, once outline planning has been approved can subsequent tree removal be undertaken (if it was felt necessary), without the need to re-submit outline planning/tree survey, would this be allowed under reserved matters?

You shouldn’t carry out any works (including tree removal) without having secured the relevant approvals.

Subject to the outline application being approved, you’d need to check the wording of the conditions as part of the Reserved Matters application.
