Wooden cabin on non-domestic land

I have purchased an acre of land that is not a garden; it has no covenant nor restriction, it is not woodland, it is not agricultural.
It is however designated by the Borough as Green Belt, a Wildlife Heritage Site, and is an area liable to flooding.
I would like to build a wooden cabin for bird & wildlife watching and to elevate it (due to flood risk) to a platform 1-2 meters above ground.
The nearest house is mine that is about 70 metres from the proposed site.
The nearest commercial premise is about 20 meters from proposed site.
The site is surrounded by mature trees and will not be visible to any householders in the area.
All on-line advice relates to domestic outbuildings (elevation etc) - I would be grateful for your opinions....
