Arbour Design & Build uses a creative and professional approach to landscape design, construction and planting, which is all undertaken by qualified personnel. An initial consultation will be arranged in order to assess your exact requirements. The first meeting is an opportunity to discuss your garden in detail, review your ideas and what you would like incorporated into the design. We will also provide you with solutions to existing problems or site issues that may become apparent. Budget will also be discussed in order to create a design that will work within your financial guidelines. During the visit we will undertake a basic survey of the site.
You would then be presented with an estimated cost for the works along with a project schedule. This will allow you to mention any amendments that need to be addressed before the plan is confirmed.
Will I need a professional design?
During the initial consultation we will discuss your requirements, and if it is a larger project then we may advise you use one of our professional garden designers to produce a plan for your approval. Our designer will be able to create a space that will be both functional and unique to suite your lifestyle requirements. The design will indicate hard and soft landscaping, giving indications of appropriate hardscape materials and planting styles.
Should your design require any amendments, one series will be undertaken within your design fee.
Do you provide a Maintenance Service?
We have a specialised maintenance team who are very experienced and work to a very high standard to keep your garden in excellent condition. The same standards of professionalism and excellence will be attained by our maintenance team and our construction team.
We offer an agreed annual maintenance program with either weekly, bi weekly or monthly visits to suit your needs.
What other Services do you provide?
Along with all the works mentioned on our website, we can also undertake projects such as lighting, irrigation, water features and the hire of plants (external and internal).
If required we are also able to provide garden furniture and ornaments and fresh flowers.
Where do you work?
We are based in Hertfordshire on the boarders of North London. We generally work within a 30 mile radius of our base, but are prepared to travel further if necessary. Some of the areas we have worked in include Radlett, Hadley Wood, Moor Park, St Albans, Hampstead, Barnet, Mill Hill, Enfield, Watford and Pinner
